Project Overview
Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station is a key high-head pumped-storage hub in East China, with a total installed capacity of 2,100 MW from six 350 MW reversible units. The project plays an important role in peak shaving and frequency regulation.
NSD Electric supplied 6 sets of MGC6000 pumped-storage governor systems, 6 sets of generator voltage-loop switching equipment, and the complete auxiliary control system. The scope also included commissioning, grid-connection work, and lifecycle technical support.
The project demonstrates NSD’s ability to serve ultra-high-head pumped-storage applications with rapid bidirectional response, precise regulation, and strong disturbance resistance.
