Project Overview
Nam Kong 1 Hydropower Station is a key cross-border clean-energy project in Laos and an important overseas reference under the Belt and Road initiative.
NSD Electric delivered 4 sets of MGC4000 governor systems, 4 sets of IAEC4000 fully digital excitation systems, and the full LDS-200 plant monitoring and auxiliary control system. The project scope included product supply, overseas installation and commissioning, and long-term technical operation support.
The project demonstrates strong environmental adaptability in hot and humid Southeast Asian conditions and provides reliable operation for local industrial and residential power supply.
